"Fresh grad ~ 10 years of experience"

Dafuk is that supposed to mean. Does HR have to know IT just to get that shit right?

10 years of experience with basic knowledge of HTML. Even my mum has basic knowledge of HTML. That means she would be a great fit, correct?

Looks like the recruiter had one of those crazy keyboards where the tilde and the plus keys are next to each other.

    ...and bad copy editing skills.

Are they asking for a bullshit degree?

Haha, he figured it out. Game the resume scanning software so he makes it past first round binning and actually gets consideration.

I actually embed a hidden text payload in my resume that contains word salad of all the data the stupid HR filters use so I can submit my actual resume and not have to worry about some fat mid 40s do-nothing with no skills and no value in society denying me access.

I've seen qualified developers get turned down and people who didn't even have a background in CS be offered positions. I have to sometimes question HR's ability to do HR shit.

@SortOfTested smart move, I'll have to consider that.

What do you mean it says cloud AWS blockchain engineer testing on my resume??

You should know that the requirements are BS, since it clearly begins with it.

Maybe he's been a dev for 10 years but recently got his degree?

I've been writing code for money for a few years now and I've recently went back to school.
