What's the most difficult english word to spell in your opinion?

Mine is "length". Keep forgetting if it's "th" or "ht" (but if you start to think about it is obvious).
And I bet not only mine since iit's written "lenght" in the production database at the company where I work ...

For a native speaker, likely our vast range of poorly transliterated borrow words:

    teonanacatl
    Chiaroscuro
    Pfeffernuss
    Quetzlcoatl

    And the old fav
    floccinaucinihilipilification

Height and length, I like to mix up the "th" and the "ht"..

@SortOfTested "Pfeffernuss" is such an easy word compared to the other ones!

    *slowly walks back to Germany*

@Ranchu yeah, if there's an error in a line with heigth or width I'll check the spelling first ^^

My brain immediately says "ht at the end of a word this simple can't be right. It's a th. Trust me."

For whatever reason, I can never spell license correctly.

(and mono-lingual English speaker here, so naturally my spelling sucks in general)
