aysentur1255ycan relate to that. it's a struggle, and then I can't really get a break because the thought of feeling unproductive occupies me.
-
Bubbles68265y@awruh exactly. It’s so frustrating and stressful that it makes me want to get off but there would be nothing to do/make
-
Bubbles68265y@wannabe I’ve just supplemented it with other forms of productivity such as cleaning or a chore or something like that in general. I’ve never really meditated but I always felt like it might help

I might be well off the mark here but:
While it is lorded as a good thing workaholism can be damaging, I'm currently struggling with it myself.
Maybe it's time to take a vacation, no matter how small it is, just to help reaffirm to yourself that not you're not a machine. -
Bubbles68265y@stonestorm I’ve been on one after my project was done. Just been chilling playing some games with friends and not really think about programming. I just feel bad sometimes since Im not doing anything

Pyjong10935y@Bubbles ok more serious suggestion than the last: you could start using the calendar app and lay out work for some time ahead, then maybe if you see everything is going according to plan you wont feel bad for taking a rest as next work is scheduled for later.
I know taking breaks is needed, and deeply appreciate my breaks I take, but I can’t help but feel so unproductive.
