Heroku perhaps, or try your own vps :p

If u wanna feel the full experience I would suggest to rent a vps and configure it your self.

I've found both AWS and DigitalOcean to be nice. There is a lot of good documentation and you have easy scaling options as well as testing options.

That said, I am biased because I have had nothing but problems with cPanel, so...

Azure, Heroku, Digital Ocean, GCP and Of course the Good Ol' AWS.
