    @Pyjong

    Actually you need a qualified welder to run the robot. IT guys think it's something wrong with the tech whenever it needs maintenance or isn't running properly. It's as much of an art as it is a science, and it takes a trained ear and eye to recognize slight discrepancies in the process. Running welding robots is a great job!

    I'm getting really into JavaScript, going to explore node.js and react after that!

    If your brother likes being dog shit tired, dirty as fuck, and burnt to hell... Then he'll love welding. I actually didn't mind it, but all of the big money is wrapped up in getting yourself a trailer and spending your life on the road with the union. I want to have a family, so I decided to get into programming because there are remote work opportunities.

    @rukkus we got a big welding indistry in town, mos of our guys rarely have to leave the city unless they are going to get some extra cash assignments at the oil fields. It is a pretty though job for sure man.

    On another note, don't have high expectations of the development world man, sure its nice, but not nearly as hyped up as they make it out to be in terms of remote work, salaries, competition etc. Oh and the people fucking suck, most are assholes that cower behind screens and will take any chance to bitch at you through the pc on account of having a shit life and a small wee wee. You want that remote job? 30 Patels applied for it for $5 dllr an hour.

    @rukkus ok ok. Underwater wielding then. That would be a game changer, no?

    @bashleigh It pays extremely well. There's a great diving / welding school in Washington.

    @rukkus and if you built an underwater wielding robot? :D

    @bashleigh

    You'd need a heck of a welder to run it 😂
