What helps me writing testcases is the thought having a lot of useful tests and confidence in my own code

@JustThat Exactly. I'm testing an internally used tool I created that exports test results as excel spreadsheet. You can't fuck anything up as a user, you basically pick the test you want to export from a dropdownlist and click the button. That's it. And I know that the calculated values inside the spreadsheet are correct since I already checked the integrity of the them while writing this tool.
