Ok, so I want to become penetration tester/ethical hacker. I'm learning programming in python and I'm wondering if that is good programming language for that job?

No doubt, Python is definitely a good programming language for the career you opted.

Concentrate more on Linux!

Python fantastic for what you need imo ( full disclosure not a pen tester). But python is very fast to bash a script together to hit a site or monitor traffic. It can be a slower language in vanilla however when you add multithreading and use Cython to complie it. It starts to be fast enough.

"Penetration Tester" sounds sexier than it is.
