I posted a little while ago about the response I got from my boss when telling them I was leaving in 3 months' time to form my own business. In short - it was awful.

A few weeks on now and a few more rational discussions about things, they've decided not to replace me but to contract me. What's even better is that they will be paying me 90% of my exisiting salary for 20% of the work/time!
