Autonomy - give people a board to work from where they can pick up their own work.
Involve team in major decisions, have them do the research that feeds into it. That includes interviews.
Make time to pair with everyone on the team

@devTea this. Doesn't matter if you started 20 years ago or will start next week, we all started somewhere. Some people once they get that senior role forget that sometimes

Communication in the team. Making sure the knowledge flows in the team and outside of it.
Juniors tend to focus on the task at hand, and not ask questions... -
@magicMirror I'd say they'll follow what they are told to.
Not being creative enough to dig into it nor being curious what they'll do next
