I'm struggling to contain my rage after being asked to come up with a comprehensive flow chart for how a current process will work with a new architecture in half a day, alongside already being resourced 100% to a client.

The current process has a lot of risks, a contractual agreement that the other party hasn't been made aware that things are changing nor agreed to and has not been thought through fully to mitigate the risks.
