By the color of the bsod I assume you're on the insiders ring, so why are you surprised it crashes like that.

Insider builds are like beta/alpha versions, right? That's kind of expected, then. Beta testing should NOT be done on your main (development) machine(s)

GSOD means you are using an Insider Build. You should opt-out in Windows' settings, with the setting "keep receiving Insider builds until the next feature update".

And you should use a text editor that keeps everything open saved all the time even if you don't save them.
