why so little books about enterprise paradigm on developer (best practice/app lifecycle/scrum, etc) when so many resources about coding

Coding changes quicker and is easy to teach.

Enterprise stuff is often entwined with the specifics of the organization which makes it harder to draw insights. Insights that *can* be drawn tend to be evergreen which means less need to write yet another book.

God, no books on Agile or any software processes please
