Was training a model for an hour on paid GPU after which it showed a deprecation error and crashed my Jupyter notebook.

Google has free resources to use for jupyter ML notebooks, possibly you'd fit in it, 12GB vram iirc.

What @JoshBent means is https://colab.research.google.com you'll get a CPU instance by default, but you can change it to either GPU or TPU and what I'd also recommend is to link your Google Drive to it, this way you can directly read the inputs from there and also save results there!
