Do you feel like you're being paid enough?

If you're senior devs, did you also get paid enough when you were a junior?

    I make around 13$ an hour as a junior dev, working parttime 🤔 To me it seems like a fair compensation

    I get paid really well, considering I only have a Bachelor's degree and almost no work experience. Now after one year in the company, I got 3000 USD raise in salary.

    I have been in positions where I haven't been paid well. When you're in that position take the opportunity to gain as much other value/knowledge as you can then move on

    At the moment, no. I'm working for a charity so that speaks for itself in terms of wage/lack of. I'm learning as much as I can from my seniors for now and then moving on :/

    I get paid by the hour but I spend more time than what stated in the contract just to get the basics running.
    So maybe it's not enough.
    But then again, I get paid to play with my comp, so it's fair I guess.

    Nope, I'm on the cheap end of the stick.

    But, when you can't take the $$$, you take the knowledge and experience and as much of it as you can to be able to jump ship and ride the $$$ train.

    I've been working for monthly wage of 2000 USD for a year now (first job), now I'm moving to a new company who will pay me 4870, not bad imo for a bachlor with 1 year exp

    I'm being paid about 30% less than market average, not the best thing.

    @skatemore i was too when i worked at my last job a year ago. this year while freelancing i might be able to hit market value. i think the economy sucks cuz of taxes taxes taxes everywhere :/

    I used to get paid 30% less than market value when I was a junior, but it was worth it because of the experience I got, now I make 3 times my salary as a senior.

    Shit for an experienced App Support Engineer the average country-wide is 80k/year. Not even getting close to that even with yearly raise, shitty training, and living in the most expensive city in existence.
