Option 1) complain to your manager
Option 2) Hang up some hentai posters, facing the glass wall, so you'll just see white paper.

I used IDM to DL the entire BrainFM catalogue. Ain’t nothing like Ambient noises to mute inconsiderate retards from 9-6 ☺️

@cafecortado Buy some cheap $8 headphones and leave them at your desk. Use earbuds so they are less likely to get stolen. People are more adverse to stealing things you put inside your body.
