I used to have a really bad lifestyle: staying up until 2am, eating bad food, no exercise and it was only getting worse. Found out I was bipolar 2 which tends toward depression. Now I have changed that lifestyle and am medicated. Better than I have been in my whole life. Your body is telling you something. Find a professional and start working through it (if applicable).
Fun fact, people who are bipolar don't make enough melatonin early in the evening, and make a massive dose in the early am. So they tend to want to sleep in until noon. Sucks if you don't know what is going on.
