Hello everyone. I'm getting interested in neural networks and I am trying to install the TensorFlow machine learning API using Python's pip package manager but it gives me an error saying that the package couldn't be found. I made sure that I spelled everything correctly and tried using VirtualENV to install it as well, and I uninstalled Python 3.7 and installed 3.6.4. Could anyone help me?
