Hahah. Programming chain jokes. So this starts with BIOS/FW programmers at the top, then interactive bootloader programmers and OS kernel programmers, then OS userspace programmers, then desktop and browser devs, then backend web developers, then frontenders, webdesigners, mobile app, various shell scripters and the rest of the free and cool guys. Hardware people are not taking part in this because proper BIOS programmer can do hardware design as well. So you are making I am higher than you joke from second to last place.

BIOS programmers do board designs. There are people who write code to design the chips on that board. 😀
