    Sure, do that. For embedded developers, other electrical engineers or even hobbyists, it can be useful.
    But avoid tutorials as this might be the wrong platform then.

    Got to be honest - when you say you're "basically" an electrical engineer, it doesn't fill me with confidence.

    @coffee-dev why not? It’ll offset some of the memes and maybe my brain won’t melt as much when I come on here.
    Plus I’m assuming English isn’t their native tongue so saying they’ll share could be electrical based rants/experience and shit we can learn from other than the usual framework bashing.

    R=U/I
    P=U*I

    @Fast-Nop @electrineer

    Twinkle twinkle little star
    Power equals I-squared R

    @RantSomeWhere That were the formulae for sine wave AC.

    @RantSomeWhere it's complex.
    S=P+jQ=|I|²Z

    @RantSomeWhere My formulae were for DC, @electrineer's the equivalent ones for AC.

    @electrineer ah that recalls memories - 2nd semester back in the 90s. I was already a semi-pro because I knew to avoid the vedge pizza in the uni canteen.

    @Fast-Nop well the original formulae work with AC too if the voltage and current are in phase. (Q=0)
