So we had a sprint review earlier. There were like 20 bosses who attended, head of this, head of that. We spent 5 mins to demo our application, and another 55 minutes discussing the "delivery date" 🤯

Next time, kick them out of the meeting. Sprint reviews never include people other then the PM, team members, and skrum master.
If other managers insist on attending, then rename meeting to: "absolute waste of time and money" - sponsered by Manager A, B, C etc.

At least you discuss these dates, and not have them dropped publicly before the team is made aware.
