I'm passingly familiar with gnome and xfce but I don't know how their performance compares, so I'm gonna assume it means something like the equivalent "this new engine I stole from that veyron runs this old ford pickup likes its not street legal."

Does it have many gigabytes of memory for node_modules?

@dindin he has like 2 hard drives of 1Tb and a ~500Gb of SSD storage. Node modules are nothing for him, and he gets angry whenever I tell him a node_modules joke, because he says that "it's all ok, it's not that large". Little does he know what the norm on storage is.
