    If they have no idea what is tdd, find out what else they have advertised w/o having a clue what they're saying.

    I'd be asking why they think that out of curiosity then thanking them for their time and move on to the next person.

    I think it just means they are not very experienced, but understanding the concept of TDD is fast, if thats the *only* problem but he can code well then it would be fine imo
