@Jase don't be scared arch is amazing and using Pacman to manage the packages makes it easier. I still don't get it why people complain about it's difficulty it follows KISS approach so it's quite simple.

cors24438yi've been using debian for 2 years, and nowadays i'm switching to arch out of curiosity too. trying to configure it really is enlightening (and in return, painful, but in a good way :D) contrary to arch in overall, i think systemd does violate kiss principle though (i installed the openrc arch version)

@cors systemd is the real pain in the arse. It not only violates KISS approach but also violates UNIX philosophy due to it's complexity.

@n1had I think you are commenting here while your system is upgrading and has a couple of hours left to complete. 😁

Using ArchLinux since last 3 or 4 years. Gives a little hard time in the start but much better than windows in long run.

Yeah6916298yI think most Linux users are masochists. Like, they are proud that their OS is hard to handle.
Go get your bag rights, guys. -
@architect The learning curve is basicall 90 degrees in Y+ axis though. Felt like hitting a wall the first time I used linux but now I just feel so happy with it.
