I know it isn't always the case here, but this is what makes Apple tick - they go to great lengths (or at least used to) to avoid exactly the sort of situation in the photo. Should learn a thing or two from that, stuff needs to be built keeping the customer in mind (yes I know it's not always that easy, not saying this applies all the time, but yeah).

We build the application based on the customers mock-up and specifications and still the shown situation happens.

@crapped yeah, that's not a good thing for sure, I just wanted to point out that impedance mismatch happens quite often between devs and customers.

riekena24976yOn-site tests are so underrated. As developers, we all have assumptions on how the users will use the software. But actually watching them use it is so beneficial when trying to understand how they continually create "unable to recreate" type of bugs.
