The only thing worse than openspace workplace is forced agile development *flips all the tables*

We have open space workplace and are "agile". The agile part is mostly an excuse for the PMs to not supply specifications and planning :/

@hbbq exactly!? Why do we need 1000 daily emails!? 4 daily meetups!? 3 weekly planning conferences and "developer efficiancy" points!?

How does that benefit anyone? It's obviously perfectly normal to distrupt a dev in the middle of work to hold a meeting in which the team working on a project talks about the work they do to the people they do the same work with! It's the biggest case of redundancy i've seen in ages
