@Root yeah, easier said than done. I have some Indian co-workers (contract) that work on site here in the US, and they are trying to Jabber me at 03:00. I don't get in until 08:30. I send a reply at about 08:45, and they respond at about 09:00. I'm like WTF, don't you sleep? The response is, "my company expects it." I'm thinking, we as a US company shouldn't be tolerating or encouraging it, and contractors, even over seas ones, need to play by our labor rules.
