Restricted stock units. With an annual grant and a vesting schedule of 15% every year for four years and 40% on the fifth year, it snowballs into a big extra bonus every year. This is on top of the annual bonus we already get. The immediately vested 6% 401k match is really nice too.

Massaging chair and a sit-stand desk. And quietness. Gosh I miss those :/
