Work:

1 Gbit up/down both for office and work, usually floating somewhere in the low 900's. Latency between 2 and 15ms.

Home: 460.0Mbps down, 471.8 Mbps up.

Office: 360Mbps down / 300Mbps up
Limited speed for our VMs.
Our Datacenter (where also the VMs live) has 2x10GBit
