Resharper is super handy. Only thing I wish they'd add for .Net is an "un-LINQ-ify" option for all those ridiculous for loops that they turn into pretty LINQ statements. A lot of the Jr's I've worked with can't read the LINQ statements, so I have to help them break it down.
