Windows 10 upgraded yesterday. Went to do a bit of work today, loads of stuff for my development environment wasn't working. The reason? The Windows 10 upgrade completely wiped my Users path and System path env variable.

Did you try restarting?

installing Linux always solves my windows problems.

Was an update rather than an upgrade really. I was already on Windows 10. Restored the path by viewing the backup registry files saved before the update.

Linux solves a lot of things, I dual boot Linux mint. Just a shame that a lot of Software isn't available for Linux thats on Windows.
