Do you sometimes get into the mindset of considering the GitLab Contributors tab as some sort of scoreboard?

Gamifying work is a sure way to get motivated for some. It has been scientifically proven that humans get better when they're 'competing' or are trying to achieve.

Zoho even have a whole thing with Gamifying projects and 'competing' with teammates 😊
