Are any of you worried/think that coding could become a blue collar job with just the sheer number of people from various fields trying to make it big in CS, and quality of coders going down day by day etc.?

Nope. Made a lot of money cleaning up the messes from people who were self taught

Worked with some amazing self taught folks.

It's still complicated enough, that Joe blow who works at the gas station will never be able to make it here
