After coming back from vacation, seeing that the project manager has used AI to try and do some of my tasks, completely failing and running performance and code quality/readability into the ground I must confess that I am strongly in favour of completely banning AI for non-tech people

Only AI porn is allowed for them.

Honestly most developers should use the weighted random word generation machines .. not for anything except small isolated tasks they can read over, or things that need to be written once and thrown away/not maintained.

Print it, mark the issues, frame it, && lastly hang in the office, where everybody can see it.
