Im a webdev rookie, as our final project we have to create a Drupal website but I can't even change the most basic things and feel like Im producing a song without having audio ... Can't understand how people use this. Right now I much rather use Wix instead. Anyone got some noob tips and tricks?

Drupal is one of the hardest to use CMS, so don't despair out of self doubt. But wishing to use wix instead should be below your pride.
Youtube is your friend.

@heyheni is it? I found WordPress far less intuitive, and far more awkward to develop for...
I don't really hear much talk of other CMSes these days...

I want to downvote you just for mentioning wix. But you’re a rookie, so I’ll let it slide... THIS time!

Drupal is like diving into the deep end of a pool with 50KG weights tied to your feet and being told not to drown, you have to learn to swim first.

If you’re after a CMS?
There are plenty of easier options.

Octobercms, ghostcms, ModX, ect.

Or as a rookie, build your own for the experience.

@C0D4 I said wix on purpose ;) I know how terrible it is no worries. I would use Wordpress but we're obligated to use Drupal, so I'll have to grind my way through it. Thanks for the recommendations, though. Will definitly look into them
