First time I'm saying a good thing about MS :
Visual Studio (only the installer) !

It lets you install MSVC, gcc, WinAPI headers and Window's SDK very easily!

Also I started a second graphics project (go check and star the first, https://github.com/3dgoose/WIPE, https://git.sr.ht/~threedgoose/WIPE), a WinAPI+Direct3D engine (it hurts deep in the ass) !
