If you fix sleep, which is a bit more involved than just going to bed one night on time, the rest of those problems can be dealt with greater ease.

@Krokoklemme well yeah. But other things can be a symptom of sleep deprivation too. Not saying it's the be all and end all of everyone's issues. Nothing is ever as simple as that. It's a good place to start though.
