There are a lot of things that can go wrong but i bet you fucked up during feature or model selection. If you don't wanna waste a lot of time on EDA and model selection just use DNN, it automatically sets the weight of each feature.

Sounds like overfitting. Maybe try restricting the AI in some way? I would need more details to know more. (what a brilliant sentence)
