monkcs5596y@CozyPlanes solution: set up your own DNS server and tell all your customers to change their settings to point to that one 👌👌
-
@monkcs I just want a domain to easily access by server ourside instead of typing long ip addresses which means no customer
And entering ip addresses directly in school doesn't work -
Condor324966y@CozyPlanes dot.tk provides free .tk domains as well as some others.. a .com isn't too expensive though, they're only $10-ish yearly.
Oh and if you're the only person who wants to get this mapping in a private kind of fashion, a personal DNS server could be used. Be aware though that only you and the people who use your DNS (such as others in a company network etc, when the DHCP server is configured to advertise your DNS) can resolve your private domains and zones.
Some registry candy
(.se is the best tld)
