Wondering (I haven't properly used windows in 8 years so genuinely wondering), Linux has a command which you can run as root and then it kills the process you give as parameter regardless of whatever.

    Does windows have something similar?

@geronimo It was a genuine question.

@linuxxx oh, pardon me. I hope you have a genuine answer then 😅

@geronimo Why should I provide an answer when I'm asking you?

I haven't properly used windows in 8 years so that's why I'm asking if such a feature exists.

@linuxxx well you can run a command prompt as Admin and use the taskkill command to do something similar (supports PID, executable name and some other filters). But Admin is still not root, one could open up a command prompt with SYSTEM permissions, which can kill everything except some processes which are protected. (Blue screens are already possible with Admin permissions)
