Absolutely my favorite design software is Affinity Designer. Between them and Frankentoon for brushes and tutorials - it beats the snot out of Adobe's Suckscription horseshit. You can also get 30% off it too if you wait. It's basically $45 reg. price. A steal.

Inkscape ain't too shabby, either (once you get the hang of it.)
