Any idea when i can get free certificate courses in programming?

w3schools does but they're not very prestigious

If you speak German, openHPI has some pretty good courses

Learn to use Let's Encrypt, and you can certificate for free all day (pun pun pun)

@rEaL-jAsE is very much right, learn, practice and make some stuff to show of on github. Most of the free certs are just marketing and business tactics or sales pitches to make you buy the pro/premium/exclusive/job-oriented course. Most of these free certs a way to sell snake oil to you.
