Am i the only one who thinks this app should become a complete social network, like you can add friends, direct messaging and all?

@irene i know they are, not talking about the bullshit other social networks offer, just saying that direct messaging and something like "add friend" or "follow" would be great, that's what a complete social network is for me

This isn’t a “social” media, this is like a safe place for daily rehab for devs, excluding the tonne of memes and jokes.

@walid imagine waking up to a shitload of questions about how to do stuff in your personal chat, every time you open devRant. Major turnoff.
I however wish we could have a button to request contact details from devs on their profile, which they could accept or reject... Would make some things easier.
