The new Miui 10 is truly beautiful, sadly almost all dark themes now break something though, so hope somebody will come up with a proper one asap

I got it today. It looks good. I find it weird they didn't upgrade the Android version to Oreo.

@rantsauce yeah was disappointed too, oreo has some really nice native features especially for notifications.

@mundo03 food for thought, jokes aside, not sure if you're trolling, but miui ever since its launch has been great at design and function choices and this one truly knocked me out a wall, because I was just fine with the previous design, but having all these changes and bug fixes does make it stand out yet again.

@mundo03 though it is important to mention that miui didn't invent many of the designs, but the combination of the best from e.g. stock android and theme is well done.

Unfortunately, it brought back headphones jack problem for me.

@JoshBent when I plug in headphones and then plug them out, the phone remains in headphone mode all the time. So, for example I cannot take a phone call, because voice is redirected to jack output.

This time it actually got funnier, because sometimes plugging in after this happens removes headset mode and plugging out brings it back. Fun times. Only reboot helps.

@Taqriaqsuk tried to flash e.g. lineage? never happened to me thankfully, but sounds like I'd deal with immediately, by either flashing or just buying a new phone.

@JoshBent I know they say it's hardware but it's certainly not. I can kinda fix it with Audio Router app, but it's very inconvenient.

One feature I though was awesome was the profiles, so you get different settings and even apps for different usage profiles.

I still flashed linageOS and never locked back

@mundo03 android always phones back if not firewalld, even lineage iirc had its moments when I used it on my G3, but yeah miui has tons of network calls even in standby, just not as criminal as in the past

@mundo03 what sort of profiles and profile apps do you mean btw?
