Man, nothing kills productivity quite like a two-hour meeting that could’ve been summed up in an email—seriously, why do we keep pretending these things are anything but a colossal waste of time?

    imagine u bring no value for the company, but somehow managed to convince a guy to hire you and ended up getting paid every month a salary for bringing no value to the company.

    your main concern is to fake value.

    u start doing pointless calls with those who actually bring value to make the illusion that they somehow need you to bring value.

    and thats how u end up in those 2 hour calls
