    Good choice. I would do this step too but Spotify is connected to my Facebook account and I would need to create a new account (without Facebook login) in order to separate Facebook from Spotify. This leads to not being able to delete Facebook... FML

    Abandon hope.

    It's quite easy, I did it 2-3 decades ago, and I still haven't found a reason to go back for it.

    @wholl0p

    On the Spotify website, log out, click forgot password, then use the email associated with your Facebook account. Reset password from email link, login to Facebook, disconnect Spotify in Facebook (apps section). Log in to Spotify with your new password.

    Boom, account transferred.

    Delete Facebook, hit the lawyer, use Spotify at the gym, and teach me how to use memes because I still don't get it.

    @theNSA better mind and productivity.

    @theNSA yep that's why I don't think I would get rid of reddit nor devRant anytime soon. Reddit is literally just my source of news and new info. I rarely participate at the comments.

    devRant is a social network kind of tool for me and I use it frequently. It might disrupt my productivity at a small percentage but I don't mind. As long as it doesn't give me a negative mind, I don't mind mild distractions.

    @wholl0p

    You can just enter an email and password in spotify to disconnect it from Facebook. I did the same to get rid of Facebook last year :-)
