They put extra boxes in job applications, so I wrote them jokes. Pity none accepted me. I guess I wouldn't want to work for such a non-diverse workplace anyways. 🥲

I refuse to work anywhere, where when you place the employees next to each other you can't create a rainbow.

Each employee needs to own a unicorn, too.

Lastly, the company needs to employ every gender there is, as well as a person of each handicap, there is.

@retoor I do. Cookie cutter workplaces rarely make good moral choices.
Also, I'm an outlier. Always been. So I don't fit in. If the place doesn't have diversity, I often get labeled as "too much", "extra", and "aggressive". And I don't learn jackshit in those workplaces either, because they refuse to think outside of the box.

Also, the joke was that having people that have a sense of humor is also a diversity criteria.
