Be exhausted in the middle of the day and almost fell asleep while being in the office. Be tired around 20, finally feel sleep after 2h and sleeping pills. Wake up at 3, struggle till 6 when you feel asleep again, at 8 alarm clock wakes you up telling you should be leaving for work :/
Reducing coffee intake was a horrible idea.

    At least kept me awake during the day...
    I wonder if I could adjust my life to the current, messed up, rythm. Go to work at 3am, leave the office before noon, after daily and lunch. Then take a nap afternoon and have plenty of time for myself.

    It's 5.30 am for me. It's there even a point of trying to fell asleep again?

    Yeah, just like irene said. Also, make sure to plan for 8-9 hours every day

    Maybe you can take a few days off to re-calibrate your sleep rhythm

    @irene hey, when you named it, this makes sense. The pattern STARTED few weeks ago on a weekend, but im too self-concentrated to notice that. During weekdays im with my family and my daughter wakes up around 3am and wants a milk bottle. During weekdays I sleep away from home, but the pattern goes on. I'm doomed.
