Nonsense. Primary and secondary school? Sure. Indispensable. College however is valuable as a means of enriching the mind. If you're using it as a means of qualifying for employment, then you are doing life wrong.

And also, this toxic reasoning is the biggest reason we have fewer skilled laborers than any time in history. Maybe these positions will be replaced by automation, but not yet. Right now the absence of these people just makes the services they provide colossally expensive.
