    @Jumpshot44 I sleep at 6 a.m.
    Especially if there is a bug I can't go to sleep I prefer to be awake and fix it then sleep

    @Jumpshot44 - Same. Up at 5:30, at work by 7, home by 6 (assuming we all stop at the bar after work for one, of course)

    Experimented with this myself. Also did some research on the topic. 4-6am wakeup works best for me. Sleeping by 10pm. I find it better to wake up fresh for the day ant spend the first part of the day focused on development. By 12 it's a full work day and there's still a surprising amount of time for stuff after a nap.

    To each it's own. The interesting part I found on the matter: "mental energy" is theorized to be tied to amount of adenosine in the brain. It clears out during sleep and starts building up under mental tasks. When it builds up it attaches to adenosine receptors. This makes you tired and unfocused. You just can't find the bug because your brain is inhibited. Magical substance called coffee blocks this effect. Caffeine attaches to the same receptors without inducing drowsiness. Alas it doesn't work in retroactively. If you are tired and drink coffee the adenosine doesn't clear out. The trick is the nap. Drink coffee, nap for 30mins(the time it soaks in) and your golden.
