@BugsBuggy Nope, only public repos I'm afraid. Beyond that though they can be *any* valid PR to *any* repo, even your own. (I suspect many, if not most that got the t-shirt probably made only 5 reasonably trivial PRs.)
Searched for common typos in Github readme.md files to make trivial PR's to get a free t-shirt, just so I could put off going clothes shopping for a bit longer.
